You find yourself working on goals that seem to be so elusive. It may seem that sometimes you are fighting among yourself. You have the good guild so to speak. That you that wants all those goals that you know will make your life better. Then on the other hand you have the play it safe part of you. That guild has become comfortable being uncomfortable.

One key thing you need to do in this ADD society is be sure to focus. Focus on small milestones. Just complete a small milestone one at a time and you will soon see the success you desire.

Here is something to help you with your focus. Feel free to print it out or share it with friends. Be sure to love yourself and keep proving that to yourself. You can download it here

Can you really create your reality? Can you manifest what you want?

Consider this. Everything started in someones imagination. The device that you are using to view this right now was just someone's dream at one time or the other. Quantum physics tells us that what we experience is based on our observation. If that is the case then we have a choice in what we observe. If that is the case then certainly we create our reality. What do you want to create? The key is to understand that on a subatomic level we are all connected.

Here is a simple exercise to start you on your journey of realitying :-)

1. Get in a positive state of mind. Perhaps remember a time when you reached a goal.
2. Define exactly what you want
3. Just as you wake up and just before bed imagine your goal achieved.
4. VERY IMPORTANT. The immagination must be done with the feeling of the goal achieved.
5. Be grateful. Be thankful that it is done.

Get your goals with the right questions

I remember as a child asking lots of questions. For the most part my parents entertained my curiosity but sometimes I was told to not ask so many questions. Can you relate? It seems that as adults we have lost the ability to ask the questions that will move us forward. Scientist tell us that our brains are basically made up of two parts. One is the questions and one proves. In essence we always want to prove ourselves correct. We can use this innate gift just as naturally as children do.

Any great achievement is preceded by specific "Power Questions" What do you think the architects asked themselves when they constructed a structure like the glass bridge at the Grand Canyon?

With 37 Power Questions you will be able to get through all the clutter to make your own great achievements.
